FAQs

  • We have three models. The RT-1 iTR (Road), GT-1 iAR (Allroad) and GT-1 i45 (Gravel). They're our favorite bikes for the kind of riding we have here in Boulder, CO, and we hope you enjoy them too! Need help choosing - give us a call.

  • Pedals!!! - You MUST bring your own pedals to ride. We cannot guarantee that we have pedals that work for absolutely everybody.

    Helmet - You MUST ride with a helmet.

    Water Bottles - All demo bikes are equipped with two water bottle cages and a flat kit. You just need to bring the bottles.

    Phone - Just in case :)

  • You will pick your demo bike up from a member of Mosaic staff, outiside Cassiopeia. 

  • Yes. Please make sure to reserve your bike in advance so that we can ensure we have it ready for you.

  • Timeslots are from 9am-Noon, and 1pm-4pm. Please aim to pick up  your demo bike within 30 minutes of your scheduled departure time. 

  • Your demo bike is due back at 12pm sharp (morning slot) or 4pm sharp (afternoon slot). This ensures that we're able to deliver a great experience to anyone who signs up to ride.
